Blood Sugar and Carb "Goals"

Blood sugar should be: 70 to 130 mg/dl before meals and less than 180 mg/dl one to two hours after a meal

EACH MEAL
Carbohydrate: 38g
Protein: 30g (e.g. 1/2 c meat or  6tbsp peanut butter or 1 scoop protein powder)
Fat: 20g (e.g. 2oz cheese)
